Cathrina Altimari-Brown is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Bocarsly Emden. She represents investors and developers in connection with the acquisition, financing, syndication, leasing, and disposition of affordable housing, community development, and general real estate projects.

Prior to joining Bocarsly Emden, Ms. Altimari-Brown was an associate at O’Melveny & Myers LLP in Los Angeles, where her practice encompassed a variety of matters including real estate, clean energy finance, acquisition finance, California state energy regulation, and public and private bond work.

Ms. Altimari-Brown received her J.D. in 2017 from Stanford Law School, where she was also a project manager for the Stanford Healthcare Consulting Group. During law school, she practiced in the Environmental Law Clinic and externed with the Federal Public Defender’s Office in Seattle, WA and Community Legal Services in East Palo Alto. Prior to law school, Ms. Altimari-Brown handled law enforcement data requests and conducted child abuse investigations at Google. She received her B.A. in Russian and Political Science from Amherst College in 2011, where she also worked as a state-certified EMT-B. Ms. Altimari-Brown is admitted to practice law in California.
