Bocarsly Emden is currently seeking a qualified associate for its Bethesda, Maryland office with 2-6 years of experience to work on a wide range of tax credit, community development or commercial real estate related projects. The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials, prior law firm experience and expertise in representing developer, syndicator and/or direct investor clients in tax credit or community development related transactions or experience with review of title and survey matters and corporate formation documents.  LLM or experience in tax law is a plus.
