Bocarsly Emden is currently seeking a qualified associate for the Los Angeles office with 3-6 years of experience to work on a wide range of tax credit and community development related projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials, prior law firm experience and expertise in representing developer, syndicator and/or direct investor clients in tax credit or community development related transactions.

Bocarsly Emden has offices in Los Angeles, California and Bethesda, Maryland which specializes in affordable housing and community development law. We undertake a wide range of tax credit related transactions including projects involving Federal and State Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, New Market Tax Credits and energy related tax credits. We also participate in numerous non-tax credit related community development and real estate projects. Our diverse client base allows the lawyers of Bocarsly Emden to have a varied practice involving a wide range of transactions.
