Based outside of Boston, Massachusetts, John “Jay” Fanciullo is a partner at Bocarsly Emden.

Mr. Fanciullo specializes in affordable housing and community development projects. He represents developers, investors, syndicators and lenders in structuring and closing complex debt and equity transactions that utilize the federal low-income housing tax credit, state tax credits, housing subsidies, and multiple layers of public and private financing.

Mr. Fanciullo began his career in the Boston office of Holland & Knight LLP where he spent almost two decades representing clients in affordable housing transactions. Immediately prior to joining Bocarsly Emden, he was a partner at Tiber Hudson LLC.

Mr. Fanciullo received his Juris Doctorate degree from Suffolk University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Amherst College. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Florida.
