Kevin is a transactional real estate attorney.
His practice focuses on affordable housing and economic development. He represents investors, developers, and syndicators in structuring and closing complex debt and equity transactions involving state and federal tax credits and multiple layers of public and private financing. Prior to joining Bocarsly Emden, Kevin served as counsel for an executive department of the U.S. Federal Government and as an attorney at a national law firm.
Kevin earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and his B.S. in Economics from Xavier University. In law school, Kevin was a recipient of the Judge Nathaniel R. Jones Scholarship and the Shanda L. Spurlock Memorial Scholarship. During his time at Xavier, he played on the men’s basketball team and was a member of the 2015 Sweet Sixteen NCAA Tournament team.
