Gwen Barlow is a transactional real estate attorney and an associate in the Los Angeles office of Bocarsly Emden.
Ms. Barlow specializes in affordable housing and community development projects. She represents investors and developers in acquiring, financing, and syndicating real estate projects that utilize the federal low-income housing tax credit. Prior to joining Bocarsly Emden, she was Assistant General Counsel for the North Carolina Office of Recovery and Resiliency and an associate at Klein Hornig LLP.
Ms. Barlow holds a JD from the University of North Carolina School of Law, as well as an MCRP and a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
