Tracy Damudar

Tracy Damudar is a transactional real estate attorney and a partner in Bocarsly Emden.

Ms. Damudar’s practice includes the representation of real estate developers, landlords, tenants and investors in a broad range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing and improvement of a variety of properties, including office buildings, multifamily properties, mixed-use developments and industrial facilities, as well as commercial and retail leasing, ground leasing, affordable housing and tax deferred exchanges.

Ms. Damudar received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley in 1993 and her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of California, Hastings College of Law in 1997. She is a member of the California Bar Association.
